Not knowing what to expect, I used 135. Too easy. Then I did 155 but did front squats. I did 16 of them and collapsed under the 17th attempt. The rest of the body sure gets tired on these too.<BR/><BR/>I then did ME lifts for Push Press and Dead Lift followed by some weighted and various grip pull ups.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
