During the cleans Lance said the weight was a bit heavy, it was the same weight Jennifer was using. He didn't complain anymore after that.
15 reps each of Row, Push Press, Dead Lift, Swing, Wall Ball for 2 sets.
Hollow rock + Leg slams/leg shooters 3 sets of 10
