I did this on 1-13-08. I sub'd a two lap run for my 200 m row. It stilled killed me as I took 23:45. The presses really slowed me down. My commute between the run and the lifts and a weight change between the cleans and presses also cost me some time but I wouldn't have beat 20 minutes by any means. Whew!

Also, Gene, your blog lists "2007" not "2008.
