Hop Push Pull
Put two big tires out and on the long axis of the tires put a barbell loaded to a clean weight. We used 135 lbs. On the short axis put a pair of dumbells loaded to thruster weight, 45 lbs. On the start signal hop into and out of one of the tires to the barbell and do 5 cleans. Run to the end opposite the dumbbells and hop in and out of both sets of tires and do 5 thrusters. That pair of exercises is one set, do 5 sets.
