A more aerobic version of yesterday:
15 Wallball shots
15 calories on the C2
20 Swings with a 52 lb KB
10 Knees to elbows
15 Push Press (75)
15 Pullups
15 Barbell cleans 115 (for Stuart, just 95 for me)
15 Ball Slams (40 lbs)
After each pair we ran to Mattie and Emma's storm grate which is about 150 meters away and did either 15 pushups or 15 squats...alternating each time. One time through.
