1 Slam Ball and a pair of dumbbells arranged in pairs around a big tire. Alternate between Colleen and Jerk with a burpee and Rage Ball with a burpee for 10 reps.
Side hop through big tire with a burpee at each end for two passes (back and forth is one pass)
2-hand KB swing for 10 reps
75 lb squat clean + thruster
