16:05. I had to use a 45 pound dumbbell in lieu of the 44 lb kettle bell and a 25 pound dumbbell in lieu of the slam ball. I did hard squats with it as though it were being slammed down onto the ground and good presses with it overhead too. I did the best I could with the equipment I had. The ring pushups are so incredibly hard to do while trying to breathe!
