SWAT Training

I liked yesterdays workout but wanted it tougher for the SWAT boys. I added some pullups and upped the bar weight to 95 lbs but kept the 5 rounds. Timed it this time.

Side hop thru tire + burpees for 2 passes
2 hand KB swing (52) x 10
Squat Clean Thruster (95) x 10
Pullups x 10

5 rounds for time
