Hour of Power today. The exercises are:

Power Clean (95)
Wall Ball (20)
Pullups
KB Push Press (44)
Row (Calories)
KB Snatch (44)

You get 10 minutes at each station and do as many reps or calories as you can in the 10 minutes you are alloted as you can and then switch to the next exercise.






Here's the over 40 and over 50 group after Hour of Power and the scores behind us.

While H of P was going on Jeff and his friend Elliot did:

Air Burst

5 BB Power Snatch (75)
10 Back Squat (135)
15 Push Press (85)
20 KB Snatch 10/10 (44)
25 Double Unders
50 Jumping Pullups
3 Rounds for Time

I think they both did 30 Jumping Pullups though because that's what Jeff wrote on the "So we don't forget" board. My 5 must have looked like a 3 to him.
