This is done 4 times with a run on the first and third round and a row on the 2nd and 4th round. The reps rotate each time as follows 25, 20, 15, 10 for the first round and then 10, 15, 20, 25 on round two. It's 20, 10, 25, 15 on #3 and the last round is 15, 25, 10, 20.
