On 6-4-08 I did Super Squats for the first time. Not knowing what to expect, I used 135. Too easy. Then I did 155 but did front squats. I did 16 of them and collapsed under the 17th attempt. The rest of the body sure gets tired on these too.I then did ME lifts for Push Press and Dead Lift followed by some weighted and various grip pull ups.
