7K Ft. Lewis Mud Run Workout Directions

From McCord AFB w/ Vehicle Passes

Take I-5 South and Exit Berkeley St./Madigan Gate. Enter the gate and continue straight on that road.

Turn left at 2nd Division Drive Stop Light.

Proceed down 2nd Div Dr. approximately 1/4 mile.

Soldiers Field House will be on the right side.

For those of you coming from Spanaway, I will be at the C-5 Mock up at 4:30 PM, if you miss Eugene at the Gym, here are the directions from the ROY Y. BRING AN ID CARD if you are over 16.

Take the Roy Y toward Roy (aka Hwy 507).

Make a right on East Gate Road. Travel that road a while until you come up to a LARGE hollowed out C-5 airplane body on the right. You can't miss it.

See you there at 4:30.

Homer took me 9:40 to complete on 6-26. I'm not sure if I was cheating near the end on my box jumps, though. I was jumping up and back down without really standing all the way up on top of the box near the end.
