What are you doing in Bosnia? How long are you there for?
I haven't been to the gym for one week and have been fighting a respiratory illness. I was also still feeling under the influence of Nyquil when I did this one. I also added a 400 yard run prior to each round too. My time was a long 19:05. I felt like crap!
