This workout was taken from the recently posted "Ass Whooping" video from the main CF website with my addition of the name and the slight adjustment of putting the Thrusters first. Very, very difficult workout.

Lance was all over me on this one, not sure why he was so strong this day but I just barely stayed ahead of him.

After seeing the times on this one it makes me wonder if I did something wrong or didn't do enough sets. I completed this one in 4:52. I'm pretty sure I did all five sets, though. I was very fluid throughout the entire workout and didn't have to slow or stop at all so it did go very quick. However, I was nearly dead at the end of it, though.

After finishing Blackjack, I then did some Clean and Jerks and Dead Lifts, too--5 sets of 5.

Clean and Jerk: 95, 115, 135, 145, 155

Dead Lift: 185, 205, 225, 295, 315
