Valeo Ball Run. There were 7 of us and 3 Valeo balls which are 6, 8, and 10 lb basketball sized balls that bounce pretty well. Three of us threw the balls and the rest scrambled to get them and then throw them. We went 200 meters out and 200 meters back to the start. Then we did a rotating slam it as hard as you can drill for about 40 bounces and then did:
