The reps add up to 55 just like with 10, 9, 8...1. We will use this rep scheme again and do a Lindaesque workout with a twist.

BW-205 Bench was my after work treat. 155/160/165/185(bad math on my part)/195/205/and 1 rep of 225 at end.
