I did, The 400, on June 23rd. It was the first time I had worked out since June 11th. I hadn't worked out for nearly two weeks due to an ever changing work schedule and a head cold. I paid for it today. In fact, during my workout this afternoon, I felt sinus pressure in my teeth while doing the box jumps and burpees. That wasn't too bad considering the real issue was trying to keep Pukie at bay. I haven't felt his presence in quite some time now. He is miserable!

My time reflected my hiatus from the gym too. It took me 39:17 to complete. (However, I should subtract three minutes for my commute between rooms but it still sucked.) I wanted to quit so many times during that workout. I actually had to lay flat on my back more than once to try and catch my breath and keep from puking. I'm glad I didn't attempt Just Shoot Me w/ I'm so Queasy!

So today I did Freefall after a ride on my bike to the gym. I was more than warm by the time I arrived. My time: 29:36. I used a 45lb db for snatches and two 30lb dumbbells for the thrusters as I couldn't find two 25 pounders.
