Ok. I now see why this one took me so long. I did it wrong. I did 25 reps for everything everytime. It took me 15:15 to complete on 6-30-08. I used 135 pounds. I should also note that people in the gym complained that I was being too loud. I just figured that it was good that I went as fast as I did. Otherwise, the noise would've lasted a whole lot longer!
