Will showed up for a strength day along with Lance for strength day and Brenda did Steaming Entrails in 23:10. I had two new gals show up and I went over the movements in Me Love You Long Time and one of the gals, Emily 2, did Baseline in 8 something. Scott showed up but did nothing...well, I think he squeezed out some benches, except lament about tomorrow.
