Starting Strength Workout A

Back Squat 3 x 5
Bench Press 3 x 5
Deadlift 3 x 5
Weighted Ring dips 2 x 8
Weighted Situps 2 x 8
Weighted Back Extensions 2 x 8

SS calls for 1 x 5 for the deadlift in the version I read but that seemed to short so we did 3 sets. The weighted situps and back extensions were 3 x 5 but I did 2 x 8by mistake today because that's what the ring dips were.
