Hey Eug, If you keep leaving me off posts, my husband is going to start wondering what I am doing when I say I'm going to crossfit. I did my measly 85 pound supersquats x 20 and tried the bench of 3/4 body weight. 55 reps at 95 was too much so I started over at 75 x 15, adding 5 lbs at 12,10,8,and 6.
