205 lb DL for me 130 for Brenda, 25/15 lb DB. 5 deadlifts, 10-8-6 reps of DB snatch right/left, DB C&J right/left then under water swim for a length and 3 more regular swimming laps.
Then afterwards float around in the pool, drink a Mai Tai and try and get some sun on that alabaster Washington skin.
