In Santa Rosa, California now visiting with my sister and a fellow CrossFitter and Triathlete. On Monday I drove to Kennewick to give a talk (on Active Shooter, not on CrossFit unfortunately) on Tuesday then drove back home. Four hours each way. I don't know as I sit here in my sister's fabulous house what happened on Monday, but I think I might have it written down in my book...which I left at home. I'll fix this page when I get back home.
