Nobody showed up this morning to train so I climbed on a CT and rode for 10 miles. I had to get out early to pick up the kids for lunch anyway so that worked out.
In the afternoon we had some more people who attacked:

Now I'm confused. Lance did Barbara somewhere along the line too. Well, whenever he did it he scored:
3:56, 4:35, 5:06, 5:31, 5:14 which totals 24:22. Pretty consistent performance.
