Holy cow...I thought Pat and Scott were fast when they broke 30 minutes but leave it to Grant to set an entirely new standard. What a monster that guy is. Will worked on his King Kong and I took Dione through a grinder of movements from 3 lb hammer hits in each hand and heavy bag hits to a variety of ab movements to Dynamax ball throws to Road Rage.
