While the above workout was going on Brenda hammered out a 10 miler on the CT and then did some bench and pushup work while Phil and Will tore up Renaissance. Will did 17:36 and Phil edged him in 17:26 and both of them beat Grant. Now that's saying something. We have to have those three monsters go at it head to head and watch the fur fly.
