Cloak of Despair

The original design for this workout was 500 meter rows and 400 meter runs but that was a bit quick and easy so it is now twice that:

Row 1000/Run 800 (Alternate each set)
25 Push Press (75)
25 Pullups
25 Ring Pushups
4 Rounds for Time
