And we all thought it was too easy. Our solution was to make the swings 52 and the jumping pullups, regular pullups.

I took your advice and used 55lb dumbbells for my swings and also did regular pull-ups instead of the jumping pull-ups. My time was about 18:27. (The actual total time was really 22:27 but I have to take into account about four minutes of commute time going back and forth from the weight room to the rowing machine. If I jog and no one is in my way during the commute time I can make it in about :50-:55 seconds. Otherwise it is usually about one minute. I did this one on 4-5-08.
