Hot on the heels of yesterday's horror was todays marriage of Stick Time and some other stuff I threw in so as not to do an pulling movements...to save our torn up hands. Stick Time is:
10 Power Snatch/OHS
10 Walking Lunges
10 Squat Snatches
10 Power Clean/Push Jerks
Run 400
4 Rounds for Time
In between each of those sets I added:
25 Push Press (75)
25 Air Squats
25 Ring Pushups
25 Situps
Thus you do one set of Stick Time, the other 4 exercises, another set of Stick Time the other 4 exercises again and so on until you do Stick Time 4 times and the other exercises 3 times ending on the 400 meter run of Stick Time.

Holy crud! You guys cruised through this one. It took me 38:30 to complete on 8-12-08. And, I just realized I screwed it up a little bit. I wrote down a different first exercise. No wonder it seemed weird to me. I didn't do the Snatch/OHS first. I did 10 Push Presses. (I couldn't figure out why I was doing 10 push presses in one lift and then 25 in another. Now I know why.) Out of curiousity, what weights were you using on all the lifts? I used 75 pounds for everything. The squat snatches nearly made me collapse at the end.
Micah,
No weight. The idea is perfect form and a lot of squating. We only use a stick. It surprisingly sucks a whole lot, even with no weight.
Well thank God. I was amazed at your times. That was a killer. Thank you for the info!
