For the next 6-weeks we are going to do the 20 rep squat program from Super Squats on our Tuesday and Friday strength days.
Bob, Lance and I used 125 and Alex anted up with 95. All of us found the breathing more trouble then our weight selection. The three deep breaths per squat made us dizzy. We also ached between our shoulder blades from holding the weight on our shoulders for so long. Afterwards we all did weighted pullovers and then a 95 lb bench press for 20 reps.
