44:50 Power cleans-135lbs, C&J-135lbs, front Squat 135lbs. Sub Burpee w/ box jump for 'Road Rage', and basically did burpee-pull up-knees to elbow for the 'pushup/pullup/rollup'. Bear-115lbs.
