Jeff brought his friend Paul and a new guy, Will, showed up today as well. Paul is a rower and Will is a personal trainer who has working at CrossFit on his own. On tap for the day was

Because I missed that one, Jeff hadn't don't it yet and both Paul and Will were up for it though they were a bit taken aback when Lance stopped by and said "Good Luck" which is not something you usually hear about a workout. Will and I started with the 800 meter run and Paul and Jeff started with the 1,000 meter row. Will was a couple steps in front of me after the run but all 4 of us were starting our respective exercises at the same time. Really, really good first day for both of them but both were very surprised by how hard it was and how heavy the weighted exercise became as they grew fatigued.
