I did this one on 9-8-08. I must be regressing. I could hardly do the double unders which slowed me down. Then, as always, I struggled with the jumping pull ups. I'm getting in worse shape:) 17:52.
I guess I did do this one about three minutes faster than the last time. I also used 135 pounds on the back squat this time too. Damn jumping pullups!
