I've changed my boards a bit. Rather than having some for times, I am now keeping everyone's time in an alphabetically arranged set of binders and using the boards just for the different workouts.
Here's the chalk board. It's a special paint you can get at Home Depot for about $12pint sized can. Prime the wall, put on the paint with a roller and then trim it out wiht chair railing and you get a nice chalk board.
Super Squats Stuart 210 I could only manage 150. Olivia tok my legs away this morning. Stuart did presses with the log +50 lbs, I got up to +30 lbs.
