The 400 on 11-12. Well, this was a miserable one. You're right. The burpees were absolutely horrific!
I used my 25lb ball for the wall ball and slams and sub'd a 55lb db for swings and a 45lb db for snatches.
29:35 total. Subtract 4:00 for commuting and the time is around 25:35.
